LE043 Quality Technology Services, LLC is Hiring a Remote Operations Systems Manager

The Operations Systems Manager role is responsible for developing data reporting tools, dashboards, and operational performance overviews via existing and new datasets. This role will also serve as primary responsible as the operations team stakeholder in WMS configuration, training and implementation, associated WMS Design Specification inputs, IT hardware configuration specifications, and system integration testing in support of new implementations and steady state operations. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience building and maintaining dashboards, expert knowledge in Microsoft and ERP systems, WMS modules, data connections and dashboard report outs. This role will collaborate cross functionally with partner groups and create operational performance overviews, inventory snapshots, and report outs used at the operational and executive level. Being effective in this role requires a highly resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-moving, complex environment requiring strong ownership and self-motivation. The ability to influence & energize a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal will be a key factor for success. RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned. · Create and maintain operational dashboards for performance metrics reporting · System change requests management across all live implementations and operational sites (programmer level CR management including rollout) · WMS & IT hardware (printers & scanners) configuration · Business Requirements Specification inputs · WMS configuration · WMS Solution Design inputs including cost and effort estimates · Content and version control owner of user manual · Onsite IT hardware (printers & scanners) fit-out, set-up & configuration · Onsite systems testing (UAT across all operational processes) · Onsite user training (across all operational processes) · IT systems commissioning and readiness sign-off · Steady state system investigations of inventory deltas (discrepancies) · Steady state Operations system investigations of inventory deltas (discrepancies) · WMS system enhancement opportunity identification, business case development and execution (where authorized) BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Five or more years of experience in supply planning or related role. Experience with ERP systems. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity with supply chain planning processes and inventory management principles. Experience in managing supply for heavy/industrial equipment or similar products. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Quick learner with a high sense of urgency. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to devise effective solutions. Experience supporting systems implementation projects is a plus. Intellectual curiosity and willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
