Summary Description Job Title: Recruiter Department/ Business Unit: Human Resources Reports To: VP Talent Acquisition Location: Hybrid/Onsite in Delray Beach, Fl. Individual or People Manager: Individual At UpHealth Behavioral, our people are the most important resource. We are looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with behavioral health. Full cycle recruiting experience is a must with deep knowledge of the sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and hiring processes. We are seeking someone who’s passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and improve recruitment strategy. Objectives of this role: Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles within corporate and behavioral health, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates Foster high-touch relationships, creating and using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open Partner with human resources team and senior leaders to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements Core Responsibilities: Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials Assists with interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Maintain and report on recruiting metrics such as time to fill, time to hire, cost and quality of hire, candidate pipeline, etc. All other duties as assigned Professional Experience, Essential Skills, and Knowledge: Required: Bachelor’s Degree 5 years of Recruiting or Talent acquisition experience 3 year of recruiting experience to these specific roles Corporate level positions – Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Strategy and Account, Office managers Behavioral Health positions – behavioral and medical health techs, therapist, group facilitators, counselors, program coordinators ,nurses at every level from executive vice president to LPN, clinical specialist at every level from executive vice president to mangers, operations Communicates effectively, on the phone and in writing Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment Preferred: License or Certifications is a plus: PHR, AIRS, SPHR, Recruitment Education Institute, Loramn, Alison, Coursera, Lynda Experience using Workday HCM and Recruiting modules Use of LinkedIn recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, career fairs UpHealth Core Values Trustworthy Accountable Integrity Respect Leadership Physical Requirements of this position: Ability to sit for extended periods of time Continuous Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word.
