We are currently adding a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (Spanish / English) to work onsite at our corporate office in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities

Coastal Waste is seeking a skilled Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and objectives. Responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment experience.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
