Position Summary We are seeking an Equity Research Analyst to join our technology team. We are looking for a team player with a flexible mindset that can enhance our investment expertise across the technology sector and who can increase the velocity of actionable investment recommendations that the team generates. The primary focus of this analyst will be in the small-cap area of the market (including small-cap software, services, internet, and semi-cap equipment) though this analyst will work closely with the entire tech team and leverage his/her work across our platform. Responsibilities of this position include performing in-depth fundamental stock analysis to generate ideas, communicating buy/sell recommendations for our strategies, and collaborating across our research team to drive our investment discussions. This position requires a demonstrated passion for investing and research, intellectual curiosity, exceptional motivation, and outstanding communication skills. This role will be based in our Baltimore office.
