Le Quartier Baking in Omaha, NE is looking for one front of house (FOH) to join our 10 person strong team at our Dundee location. We are located on 5026 Underwood Ave. Our ideal candidate is communicative, motivated, reliable, and hard-working. Our business is growing and we are looking for someone to handle a friendly yet busy work environment.

We are looking for a candidate that can work 3-4 days a week with availability on the weekend. Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days. Sunday availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

*Greet customers, take their orders, and manage the cash register *Maintain a clean lobby and restock products *Make sandwiches to order *Package and manage online orders, and communicate needs to other departments *Wash dishes and keep a clean work environment *Answer phone calls, typically from customers asking about product availability or placing an order

Qualifications

*Ability to work in a team towards a common goal *Outgoing personality *Good communication skills *Friendly and positive attitude *Previous experience working as a cashier or as a server in a restaurant/bakery preferred *Can work Sundays

This position pays $11-$12/hour to start share of FOH tip pool.

About LE QUARTIER BAKING: After learning the trade in Montreal and Paris, John Quiring came back to Lincoln, Nebraska to start Le Quartier Baking Company in March 2006. The business began slowly by selling to local restaurants but soon grew with the start of the summer farmers markets and a few local grocery stores. Joined by John’s brother Seth, Le Quartier opened its first retail storefront in late December 2006. In February 2008, Le Quartier opened it’s second retail location.
