Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Front of House daytime manager to steer the day-to-day operations of our Buckhead restaurant and market. The ideal candidate is an accomplished team leader who is passionate about people, food, providing an excellent guest experience, and maintaining a high standard across all areas of operation. Our Front of House team will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and serve hot and cold dishes from the display cases as well as the kitchen. An uplifting personality paired with a strong awareness of guest needs and commitment to thoughtful strategies to ensure quality service when things get fast-paced are also must-haves. This is a full-time hourly position with the potential to develop into a salaried position with benefits, based on performance.

ABOUT YOU

  • Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
  • Atleast 2 years restaurant management experience
  • Superior people skills and a polite, engaging personality
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • Strong interest and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
  • Dedicated to cultivating customer excellence and a hospitality-driven culture
  • Availability to work around peak daytime hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Clear and effective communicator for dealing with a diverse range of staff and customers
  • Natural leadership skills and comfortable leading collaboratively and by example
  • Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards
  • Able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommending appropriate solutions to front of house issues that may arise with guests or staff
  • College degree preferred, a combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
