Full-time position with growing bookkeeping firm. This is a permanent position.
Requirements:

• Bookkeeping experience required.
• Accounting degree/education preferred.
• QuickBooks Online and desktop experience preferred
• Excel, Word, Outlook, Google, Chrome and IE experience required.
• Must be computer literate and self-motivated.
• QBO ProAdvisor Certification required within 3 months of employment on your own time. You will have access the certification program through us, but the certification must be completed on your own.

Responsibilities include:

• Accounts Payable experience required
• Some AR (on behalf of clients--no collections involved).
• Bank/credit card reconciliations.
• Flagging issues in books.
• Journal entries.
• Any other bookkeeping/accounting as required for multiple clients.
• General office duties include communicating with clients about their books, responding to emails, etc.

Hourly pay commensurate with experience and proven abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
