CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITES :

Provide in-person administrative support for the Management, Production, and

Sales Departments. This is not a remote position.

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
• Data entry and file maintenance
• Processing payments / cash handling
• Provide marketing support
• Provide additional administrative support for the L.C.S. Lawn Tree team

as requested

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School Diploma
• Full time availability M-F, 7 : 00a-3 : 30pm
• Proficient in MS Office, Email, Internet
• Strong phone contact handling skills
• Requires excellent communication skills, both analytical, and problem

solving

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under

pressure

Lawn Care or Landscaping industry experience a plus but not necessary
