Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

Lembak Global Sourcing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, order processing, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Manage order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal team to ensure timely shipment of products.
• Responsible for receiving and responding to customer purchase orders.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and notify customers
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Generate invoices, packing lists and BOL's.
• Communicate incoming shipments with the warehouse team.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Provide administrative support to the team.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer service or logistics preferred.
