LCS Lawn and Tree Service is Hiring a Customer Support Specialist I Near Milwaukee, WI

LCS Lawn and Tree Service, Inc. a leader providing quality organic based lawn and tree care is looking for an energetic, conscientious, and detail oriented individual. JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative support for the Management, Production, and Sales Departments.

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Data entry and file maintenance
  • Processing payments/cash handling
  • Provide marketing support
  • Provide additional administrative support for the L.C.S. Lawn team as requested

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma
  • Full time availability M-F, 8:30am-5pm
  • Proficient in MS Office, Email, Internet
  • Strong phone contact handling skills
  • Requires excellent communication skills, both analytical, and problem solving
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
  • Lawn Care or Landscaping industry experience a plus but not necessary
