Position Description:

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at LCG, specializing in Netskope implementations who will play a crucial role in leading our federal clients through the adoption and seamless integration of Netskope security solutions. Your expertise enables you to serve as a trusted advisor, customizing and optimizing Netskope products to uniquely address each client’s specific needs.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business objectives and technical requirements to effectively implement Netskope solutions.
• Learn the Netskope platform at a “Power-User” level to guide clients through design, deployment, operationalization, and troubleshooting, ensuring effective technology adoption.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring optimal configuration and operation of Netskope products.
• Conduct regular status meetings with clients to discuss project progress, challenges, and strategies for success.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and reports to stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of Netskope solutions.
• Stay updated with new product releases and features, ensuring that clients benefit from the latest advancements in cloud security.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in cyber technology with a focus on data protection, security operations, threat management, risk management, or identity management.
• Netskope Security Cloud Introductory Online Technical Training.
• Netskope Cloud Security Certification Program is desired but not required.
• Strong technical expertise, preferably in cloud operations and cybersecurity, with knowledge of security and networking technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage influence and build consensus across various security programs and multiple business lines or models.
• Proven success in building business-aligned cloud and cybersecurity programs that correspond with organizational goals.
• Proven ability to navigate and work effectively within Federal IT Organizations, ensuring alignment and compliance with broader organizational objectives.

Compensation and Benefits 

The projected compensation range for this position is $150,00 to $200,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
