LCG, Inc. Career Center is Hiring a Senior Reporting and Planning Analyst Near Rockville, MD

Location: Bethesda, MD (Hybrid)

Position Description:

LCG is seeking a Senior Reporting and Planning Analyst who will be responsible for collecting growth data, analysis of data, and reporting of data against long-term goals and strategic objectives for LCG. Conducts in-depth analysis to identify issues affecting pipeline. Autonomously handle advanced technical projects and provide support to Business Development, Capture, and Proposal Teams, showcasing a high level of expertise in research, data collection, and content organization. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and make suggested updates to maintain operational workbooks, plans, and artifacts that are required for growth activities.
  • Maintain CORE approved processed, push all changes through corporate change management process.
  • Maintain SharePoint plans, workstreams, and users.
  • Multitask and track pursuits across various channels.
  • Track teaming relationships and capability matrices.
  • Undertake advanced, complex technical projects or address intricate business issues, showcasing state-of-the-art technical and industry knowledge.
  • Maintain and report on KPIs/Metrics related to growth.
  • Research and support implementation of CRM.
  • Ensure team access to all procurement repositories.
  • Organize and maintain SharePoint environments related to growth teams.
  • Develop folder trees and set up new Teams Channels as appropriate.
  • Operate autonomously, demonstrating expertise in the designated area of specialization, contributing to the organization's growth and innovation.
  • QC/DTP checks to support Proposal Operations
  • Assume a researcher role within the shared services team, leveraging in-depth knowledge and experience to participate in team forums.
  • Support GWAC/Vehicle strategies comparing company capabilities across requirements.
  • Assume responsibility for dashboard, pipeline, sales funnel, and other necessary reporting to executive leadership for all growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years in related role within the GovCon industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

Preferred Requirements:

  • GovCon industry experience
  • APMP or PMP

Compensation and Benefits 

  • The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
