Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as the Director of First Impressions. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer systems, and possess exceptional customer service abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers regarding company products, services, and policies

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, distribute accordingly
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors
- Manage the Outlook Calendar and schedule appointments as needed
- Transcribe voicemail messages and distribute them to the appropriate recipients
- Assist with calendar management for executives and other staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents effectively
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
