Overview
The AR Admin will be responsible for supporting the Credit Team. Daily administrative tasks including pulling bank reports, posting cash, coordinating with Analysts to ensure cash posted in accordance with customer remittances and expectations. Daily Invoicing. Submitting invoices through various customer web portals and monitoring for payment status. Monitor Credit Inbox and assign questions and new account requests to appropriate Credit Analyst. Perform offsets of cash to invoices for CIA customers. Credit Card processing. Daily reconciliation of cash receipts.
