The San Francisco Technology analysts will become an integral member of the group, joining a small transaction team which provides financial advisory services to the firm’s clients within the Technology space. Day-to-day responsibilities of an investment banking analyst include financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, participating in the development of client presentations and interacting with senior bankers and clients. Assignments fall into a range of categories, including M&A, divestitures, general and strategic advisory, restructuring and capital markets.

Qualifications

• Top academic performance with comfort operating in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and poise
• Strong quantitative background and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to multi-task
• Motivation to work as a team player and contribute to a positive team culture
• The ideal candidate would have recent investment banking internship experience and passion for the Technology Sector.
