Job Description
We have an opening for a Talent Acquisition Group Leader . You will serve in a highly strategic role at a very important juncture in the Lab’s growth and expansion given that talent, along with innovation are key priorities in supporting our mission.
You will lead and build a team with drive and passion to develop and implement cutting edge talent acquisition programs.
You will be responsible for recruitment, recruiting metrics, social media, employer branding, training of hiring managers, and partnering with the broader HR team on all issues related to Talent Acquisition.

This position requires a Department of Energy (DOE) Q-level clearance. If you are selected, we will initiate a Federal background investigation to determine if you meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or matter.
