Lawo is hiring a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the United States and Canada Teams. This is a unique opportunity for a highly successful self starter to take ownership of a territory for Lawo’s complete portfolio of Broadcast Technology and Solutions.

• Responsible for recruiting , interview pre-screening, contract review and tradeshow recruiting.
• You will take charge of the payroll functions.
• Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.
• Administration and coordination of workplace safety trainings, policy translation and their updates.
• Design and/or reinforce benefits packages, performance Appraisal, retirement programs.
• Facilitate conflict resolution, team building.
• Deliver key performance indicators to corporate officers.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources.
• Solid experience in federal, state and local employment laws.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet deadlines required.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a growing, dynamic and changing environment.
• Experience with a Broadcast Technology Company (preferred but not a must).
