The Controller & HR Manager is responsible for the overall success and management of our office staff and our financial activities including budgets, payroll and HR data. We provide lawn weed control and fertilizer applications along with pest, mosquito and termite control to residential, commercial and municipal customers.
We are looking for an experienced manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Duties and responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and human resources, making office supplies arrangements, leading office staff and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience as a Front office manager, office administrator or accounting is a must. Ultimately, this position ensures the smooth running of the office and helps improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
