Small law firm in Spokane Valley hiring reliable and friendly full time front desk staff. Our office hours are M-Th 9-5, Fri 9-3 with paid holiday and vacation leave. Responsibilities include customer service, as well as various support to the office and staff, with room to grow within the firm.

To be considered for this position, the candidate must meet the following qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.

· Experience answering phones or phone etiquette.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Organizational skills.

· Professional attitude and appearance.

· Able to problem solve and come up with solutions unassisted.

· Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills and be able to work with clients of all backgrounds and abilities.

Office experience preferred, but not required.
