Inland OBGYN is Hiring a Medical Receptionist (FT) Near Spokane, WA

We are currently seeking a Part Time candidate to work both at the front desk and in our scheduling department.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, professional attitude, reliable

  • Welcome and check in all patients with accurate demographics and insurance information, check out all patients and schedule follow up visits. Answer scheduling phones for the office and schedule appointments for all providers.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to communicate well with others
  • Ability to efficiently operate all job-related office equipment
  • Ability to follow or provide verbal and written instructions.
  • Basic to intermediate computer operation
  • Specialty knowledge of systems relating to job function

Phone reception

Kind, Understanding phone voice

Ability to understand and communicate effectively while on the phone with patients

Able to take accurate Urgent and non-urgent messages

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
