Downtown Dallas Family Law Office seeks Part-time Legal Assistant
The position is 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, $18/hour, and the firm is located at 900 Jackson Street, Suite 750, Dallas, Texas 75202. Employer will provide parking.
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Organize files; monitor calendars; meet deadlines;
- Preparing pleadings; preparing and filing discovery requests; preparing responses to opposing counsel;
- Prepare case summaries and materials for mediation conferences; monitoring and obtaining discovery responses;
- Organize evidence; prepare exhibits; schedule witnesses;
- Drafting emails and letters;
- Experience using TXdocs or similar legal drafting software is a plus.
*Must be proficient in the following software: Adobe, MS Word, MS Excel*
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
