Job Overview and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for our busy family law practice located in downtown Conway. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone and comunication skills, and will provide administrative support to both the lawyer and other legal team members. This position will be responsible for answering the phone, greeting clients, processing payments, entering billing time into Clio software program, scheduling appointments and consultations, conducting the intake for potential new clients, ordering supplies, and all other general office administration tasks.
