We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (Hybrid) to join our client's team. You'll be reaching out to mid-market and large enterprise clients, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role for candidates located in Washington DC, Maryland, or Virginia, with the ability to commute to the office in Falls Church, VA, 3 days a week.

KPIs: 5 meetings per week; 50 calls per day, 250 emails per week
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through cold calling (50-100 calls per day), email outreach, LinkedIn, and video messages
Deliver excellent customer service, fostering long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities
Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, manage pipeline, and maintain client information
Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team, providing insights on progress and performance
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
2 years in a BDR or similar hunter role in SaaS sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless, or similar tools
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Data Security, Data Privacy Governance software sales
Experience selling to CCO, CIO, CISO, Chief Privacy Officer
Enterprise sales experience
Startup experience

Base compensation: $50,000 per year (negotiable depending on the experience and skills)
OTE: $70,000-$75,000 per year
