Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through strategic planning and development initiatives. You will be responsible for signing on new prospective investors who are looking for a management company to oversee their rental home.
We provide multiple leads, marketing material and have a proven product, service and reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the leasing team to understand the rental market
- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or technical sales
- Strong understanding of sales, business development, and customer service principles
- Ability to sell management services effectively
