Duties:

• Assisting our care team in handling patient intake, setting up examination rooms, and managing patient records.
• Assisting our physicians during medical examinations, providing them with the necessary medical equipment and support.
• Administering basic testing procedures, recording patient history and vitals, and preparing samples for laboratory testing.
• Ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety procedures within our healthcare facility.
• Enhancing patient experience by providing high-quality personalized patient care, responding to patient inquiries, and educating them about medical processes.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to formulate, implement, and monitor effective patient care plans.

Requirements:

• Possess profound medical knowledge, technical skills, and proficiency in laboratory procedures.
• Have impeccable communication skills.
• Have strong record-keeping and multi-tasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering patient-focused care.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced setting and make sound judgments under pressure.
• Need to be an efficient team player and resourceful problem solver.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Eager to learn.
