Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: There office is in McLean, VA. Would like someone ideally to come in 2/3 days a week.
Compensation: 3-month temp to hire. $32-$40/hour. Conversion $70-$80k.

Ideally looking for technical recruiting in government contract space for cleared positions experience.
Recruiters required to be on-site 2-3 days a week.
1 years’ experience.
Great communicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
- 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in hiring Developers, Engineers, Designers, Project Managers, and related roles.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data-driven recruitment practices and analytics is a plus.
