Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing/coordinating interviews for non-executive candidates.
• Scheduling travel arrangements for candidates as needed to come to *** for interviews.
• Managing the background check process for all internal/external hires.
• Working closely with various departments across HR on ad-hoc analysis or project work as needed.
• May also be responsible for managing relationships with third party vendors.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must Haves: Open to entry level candidates, preference for 1 years of professional experience.
• Must be proficient with scheduling and with MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
• Big Plus if they have experience with Workday.
• Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are also a must.
• Microsoft Office experience, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
• Comfortable working with hiring managers and individuals at all levels.
