Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AV Field Technician to join our team. The AV Field Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining audiovisual systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to travel locally within the Greater Sacramento area.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure audiovisual equipment such as projectors, screens, speakers, and control systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV systems
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on AV equipment
- Provide training to clients on how to use AV systems effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client consultations
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities
