$100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
• Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
• Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to support strategic decision-making
• Manage and mentor accounting staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a controller or similar role
• Experience working for a small to mid-sized business
• Proficiency with ERP systems; experience implementing ERP systems is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
