Latino Media Network is Hiring a Remote Account Executive ( Hybrid / Remote )

The Role & You Latino Media Network is seeking a seasoned multimedia executive and business developer who is also savvy with Social media and digital to identify, develop and cultivate qualified new business clients, generate revenue and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be strategic, assertive, self-starter, to go after direct clients and agency accounts in the Fresno, CA market (must live locally). This role is a great opportunity for an account executive who is looking to develop and grow within a rapidly scaling start-up environment. Reporting to the General Manager in California, you will be responsible for radio / digital business development through prospecting, cold calling, networking, the use of co-op, and vendor development. Key Responsibilities Prospect, identify potential clients, develop, and expand a new account list Generate business development and qualify leads Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients. Ability to thrive in autonomous working environment with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity, meeting deadlines, and showing relentless persistence in a competitive marketplace Contact and present to clients and agencies, negotiate contracts and monitor collections Decide on presentation storyline, positioning, and selling LMN integrated value proposition Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly activity and sales targets and revenue goals Attend promotional events and other client networking events Work in partnership with support team on pre-sale processes; prepare drafts of presentations and proposals Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts. Other duties as deemed necessary Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience Must be highly motivated, assertive, creative, and proactive Strong business development and presentation skills. Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets. Must have excellent client relations skills Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel Must be able to drive and have a valid CA driver’s license with a good driving record Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Bonus/Commission: No
