Our client is seeking a Technical Account Manager who has an interest in electronic manufacturing and technology. This person will play a pivotal role in supporting process engineers and giving technical presentations.

Technical Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue, profit and growth targets annually
• Identify and pursue new markets and opportunities
• Maintain meticulous records in our client's CRM system
• Conduct sales proposals, presentations and negotiations
• Travel regularly to customer sites for sales and relationship building

Technical Account Manager Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Technical or Inside Sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Material Science, Physics or equivalent
• Willingness to work hybrid position in Chicago office 3-5 times a week
• 25% monthly travel required

• Sales planning, forecasting, and strategic Account Management skills preferred
• Proficiency in product demonstration and group presentation preferred
• Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience preferred
• Organized management of records in a CRM platform preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• English Japanese bilingualism is advantageous
