Job Summary:
The Administrative and Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store while also managing our social media presence. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, marketing creativity, and a strong understanding of the computer repair industry.

Duties:

• Manage and coordinate store activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
• Record and create engaging content for social media platforms, including repair tips, DIY videos, and customer interactions.
• Develop and schedule social media posts to promote our services.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
• Engage with customers through social media and other communication channels.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Must have strong knowledge of computer repair and the computer repair industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the computer repair industry is essential.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creative and proactive approach to marketing and customer engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
