Reingold, a social-impact marketing and communications firm in Alexandria, Virginia, is hiring an email marketing specialist to join our fast-paced digital marketing team.
This role may be fully remote or involve a flexible hybrid work model that accommodates virtual and in-office collaboration. If you are local to our headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, you will be required to come in to the office twice a week. If you're local to our Raleigh, North Carolina, office, you'll be required to come in one day a week.

Here's the Role
You can expect to do the following day to day:

• Play a crucial role in supporting and executing the digital marketing strategy for clients, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
• Plan, design, and implement automated marketing campaigns, including email drips, lead nurturing workflows, and personalized customer journeys to increase open rates, increase click-through rates, and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, paid media specialists, and web developers, to integrate CRM and marketing automation systems with other tools and platforms.
• Build automated email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio, including tools such as Content Builder.
• Develop and execute A/B tests, develop testing strategies, and perform audience segmentation based on demographics, behavior, and other criteria to deliver targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
• Review and analyze overall email campaign performance data and generate regular reports on CRM and marketing automation performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Administer and manage client CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of our email marketing efforts.

This position is a good fit for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least four years of relevant professional experience.
• Two or more years of experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar marketing automation tools to execute tactical and strategic email campaigns.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS and the ability to create and code using furnished content and assets. Proficiency with AMPscript and JavaScript is a plus!
• Demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience with using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for message design, subscriber and data management, inbox delivery, and external integrations.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, and Mailchimp.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
• Familiarity with email compliance regulations.
