Tinker Federal Credit Union is Hiring a Call Center Supervisor Near Oklahoma City, OK

Overview:

Please note the following:

1) We will be accepting applications until 5/9/2024 at 5:00pm.

2) Must be flexible between the department hours 6:00am-9:00pm Monday-Friday and 8:00am-5:00pm Saturdays as well as willing to work evening shifts. Will discuss schedule further during interview.

3) This is not a fully remote position and applicants will be required to come into the office and live in Oklahoma or be in the process of relocating when being considered.

As a Call Center Supervisor , you will be responsible for the following:

  • Plan, schedule, supervise, and evaluate call center workflow and staffing
  • Coordinate call center activities to achieve desired volume according to TFCU Service Goals
  • Monitor staff performance, call volume, and make any needed adjustments to improve member service
  • Supervise, support, and coach various personnel within the Member Service Center

Salary Range:

The start of the range is $74,891.55; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience:

You must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field is required.
  • Two years experience as a Member Service Officer (MSO), a Call Center Representative or in a role with similar responsibility is required.
  • One year of supervisory experience is required.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred! Remote work opportunities available after in-person training is completed!

Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels may be eligible to satisfy experience requirements.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCUs chosen authority.
  • Completed CCR I Capstone.

Keys to success:

In order to be successful as a Call Center Supervisor , you must possess these qualifications:

  • Knowledge and adherence to applicable regulations
  • Knowledge of TFCU history, code of ethics, products, and services
  • Ability to use imaging system and internet products as well as Microsoft Office products
  • Understanding of business composition
  • Ability to use the telecommunication device for the deaf (TDD) as well as ability to operate telephone system and ACD
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize projects and member-related concerns and discrepancies
  • Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment
