As a Commercial Loan Assistant I, II, III , you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing administrative and lending support to the commercial lenders of TFCU, to ensure unimpeded service for our members.

• Processing loan documents (development and maintenance), assisting of loan closures, and serving as a secondary resource to our members in a variety of areas.

• Corresponding by various means of communication and serve as a member gateway resource.

• Ensuring members are routed to the correct TFCU team needed for those products or services.

• Ensuring service coverage, all other levels may also be required to complete duties for any level.

• The level I will complete more routine day-to-day services.

• The level II will complete more moderately complex services, while the level IIIs services will be of a wider variety, with more complex tasks.

• The level III in addition to working independently with less supervision and performing the most complex tasks, will serve as the senior most experienced member of the team. The level III may perform cross functional services within the team.

Salary Range :

The starting pay for each level will start at Level I : $26.32/hour, Level II : $29.22/hour, Level III : $32.43/hour; however, actual placement increases within the varying levels and will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience :

You must have an associate degree in business or a relatable field is required for all levels. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.

Level I : Requires two years relatable experience as to a Loan Assistant or Loan Processor.

Level II : Requires three years relatable experience as to a Loan Assistant or Loan Processor.

Level III : Requires four years relatable experience as to a Loan Assistant or Loan Processor.

Keys to success:

In order to be successful as a Commercial Loan Assistant I, II, III , you must possess these qualifications:

• Working knowledge of commercial loan documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet group objectives within established or expected tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle situations with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
