Job Summary:

• Schedule practices, games, transportation/accommodations, and travel itineraries for road games with the approval of the Athletic Director and in coordination with the Administrative Assistant to Athletics.

• Prepare and oversee the program budget.

• Represent the Langston Athletics at Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) and national meetings as assigned.

• Coordinate all aspects of a diverse and dynamic Volleyball program including, but not limited to managing the day-to-day operations, recruiting academically, athletically and mission-fit student-athletes, assisting with fundraising, budget management and hiring support staff.

• Responsible for managing the program in adherence to all budgetary guidelines, as well as Langston Athletics, Sooner Athletics Conference (SAC) and NAIA rules and regulations.
• Attend mandatory compliance and departmental meetings as scheduled.

• Graduate at least 80% of the student athletes on the team.

• Increase and enhance the LU Basketball brand nationally.
