Langley Recruiting is Hiring an Associate Attorney (Litigation/Insurance Defense) Near Seattle, WA

We are seeking a litigation associate to join a downtown Seattle law firm and be a part of their dynamic trial practice. This firm specializes in medical defense and represents various health care facilities in Washington. The firm provides a competitive salary with a range of $100 – $140K annually (compensation will vary depending upon the candidate’s specific qualifications and other job-related factors permitted by law), as well as having a solid bonus structure I place; full benefits and PTO a minimum of 18 days per year and possibly more; the firm has a robust 401K contribution plan as well. Remote work is negotiable and will depend upon a variety of factors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 5 years current litigation experience in civil defense (more experience preferred)
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills
  • Trial experience or trial prep experience a plus
  • Motions practice experience a plus
