Key Responsibilities:

  • Office & File Management: Organize our world, from digital files to office supplies.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage bills and correspondences with precision and care.
  • Client Communication: Handle client interactions with a mix of professionalism and warmth.
  • Calendar Coordination: Keep both personal and business calendars in harmonious balance.
  • Vendor Relations: Oversee vendor interactions and financial transactions.
  • Proactive Reminders: Keep the owner on track with gentle, consistent reminders. Be accountable for deadlines.
  • Client Interactions: Be the face and voice that greets our clients, blending professionalism with personal touch.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in a variety of tasks, supporting our team to ensure smooth operations.

Must-Have Qualities and Skills:

  • Organizational Wizard: You excel at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking.
  • Communication Expert: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Proficient: Adept in Google Suite, Dropbox, Calendly, Zoom, and more.

Offer Details:

  • Position: Part-time, with a long-term vision. We are looking for someone who is interested in staying and growing with us.
  • Location: El Segundo, CA (in-office)
  • Hours: 4 hours per day, ideally 10 am - 2 pm.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
