Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Abramson Labor Group. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales team to achieve our business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
•Review sales reports, understand findings and present/discuss results with the firm's CMO
•Conduct weekly performance meetings with Sales team members
•Recognize, create, and implement process improvements within the sales organization to optimize employee workflows
•Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
•Assist in creating and maintaining sales standard operating procedures
•Interview, onboard and train new sales team members
•Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
•Reach sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
•Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
•1-3 years of experience managing a team
•Able to work in a fast-paced metrics driven environment
•Able to work under pressure
•Proven experience as a Sales or Operations Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
•Experience in customer relationship management
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Dedication to providing excellent customer service
•Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
•Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office
