Key Responsibilities

• Attorneys are expected to manage a docket of Pre-Litigation cases
• Associates report directly to an assigned Partner and are supported substantively and administratively by a team of paralegals
• Associates collaborate with Pre-Litigation staff to the extent necessary to achieve a high standard of excellence when serving clients
• Must be comfortable providing guidance to non-attorneys as needed
• Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 2-5 years of employment litigation experience
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
