LandSolutions International Inc is Hiring a Document Specialist Near Tulsa, OK

LandSolutions is looking for a Document Control Specialist to plays a pivotal role in supporting our US division throughout various stages of project coordination.

Accountabilities:
  • Ensure project records and drawings adhere to Corporate Procedures and Policies by overseeing their reception, review, assessment, processing, and handover to business units.
  • Engage with project teams and internal/external stakeholders early in the project lifecycle, offering training on Project Information Management tools and processes.
  • Conduct quality checks on Project SharePoint sites to ensure proper utilization for controlling, storing, and classifying project records.
  • Provide SharePoint support to various stakeholders, such as project teams, contractors, consultants, and field specialists.
  • Maintain logs and trackers to generate accurate project records status reports and ensure compliance with client, state, and federal requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate the timely handover of records and documentation.
  • Perform required quality assurance checks and communicate any discrepancies or deficiencies related to project records and drawings to stakeholders.
  • Scan and process hard copy records that have been completed and assessed.
  • Assist in the management and flow of project information to internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and development of records management standards, practices, and protocols.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, follow approved procedures, and support Project Teams in project completion.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, etc.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Preferred degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in Records or Information Management.
  • Valuable working experience in renewable energy or oil and gas documentation.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and diplomatically/assertively across all levels of the organization.
  • Capacity to apply analytical and problem-solving skills in a high-workload environment with tight timelines and high-impact activities.
  • Understanding of regulatory documentation.
  • Previous experience in oil and gas exploration and renewable energy acquisition activities is an asset.
