We are looking for the best and the brightest top-notch Receptionist’s to join our rapidly expanding service teams at our Land Rover Pasadena dealership.

Compensation: $20-$24/hour

Responsibilities:

• Welcome our clients to our dealership in a warm hospitable, professional demeanor to set the tone for their experience.
• Screen calls, direct them to the proper party, and/or obtains enough information to allow for follow-up that is convenient for the customer.
• Be a brand ambassador for our business.
• Other duties as assigned to ensure an efficient, and effective process

Qualifications:

• Motivated individual who is a people-person with a friendly personality with fast-paced organizational skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and be well organized.
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Available to work weekends.
• Must have a clean valid driver's license.
