We are a small business in a creative field seeking (a rare combination) right and left brain motivated Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, and developing new ones.

The responsibility of the Account Manager is to support the partners in growing the business by providing excellent customer service, and broad administrative assistance.

The successful Account Manager

is polished, interested in the design industry, self-motivated, very positive, highly organized, an excellent communicator,

and has experience with multi-tasking and working as a team.

This individual has great interpersonal skills, and represents the company impeccably in thought, word, and action.

YOU WILL

• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our line

• Nurture friendly, working relationships with customers, and agents

• Follow orders from the early inquiry stage to order completion

• Communicate effectively with the partners, Materials and Logistics Managers

• Update price lists, tear sheets, and the sales manual

• Take and source images for social and web medias

• Engage, and follow customers’ activity on Instagram

GENERAL

We are a Mac based office.

This position requires excellent phone skills for warm calls, multi-tasking, and the very effective use of Pages, QuickBooks, Calendars, Excel, Email, and Trello.

Pay: $76,469.00 - $83,808.00 per year
