Position: Custodian/Maintenance Worker

Job Summary: Perform preventative maintenance, painting, and daily cleaning of interior and exterior facility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Daily cleaning of interior facility including, but not limited to, floor cleaning and buffing, emptying trash and recyclables, vacuuming, restroom cleaning and maintenance

· General building maintenance including but not limited to, window-washing, painting, basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

· Grounds keeping including, but not limited to, landscaping and grounds clean up

· Other duties as assigned including flexibility toward overtime as requested

Qualifications and Expectations:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required.

· Must possess good organizational skills involving consistency, flexibility and structure.

· Must have the ability to lift / carry up to 50 pounds.

· Competent in use of various hand/power tools

· Must be able to use/climb ladders

· Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance

· Available to work overtime and some weekends as requested

Salary: $16.00 per hour
