QualificationsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or universityRegistered Professional Engineer or Engineer-In-Training accreditation in Colorado2 – 6 years minimum of related skills and experienceSolid experience in the civil engineering fieldProficiency in Civil 3D or AutoCADAbility to develop, design, and draft construction plansStrong understanding of grading, utility design, and site plan designCapability to complete drainage calculations using various software for hydraulic and hydrology analysisComfortable working with different personalities and professional stylesStrong communication skillsExceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailAbility to thrive in a multitasking environment
