• Conduct market research and analysis to identify and screen new investment opportunities in the semiconductor, software, and manufacturing sector
• Perform financial modeling and valuation to assess the viability and growth potential of prospective investments
• Prepare investment memos and pitch decks to present investment recommendations to the investment committee
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial, legal, technical, and operational aspects
• Support deal execution and portfolio management, including deal structuring, negotiation, closing, and post-investment monitoring
• Build and manage relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and other partners in the venture ecosystem
• Frequently visit local VC networking events to build a deal funnel for Lam Capital.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. MBA preferred, Advanced Technical or Engineering degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a venture capital or corporate venture capitalfirm
• Experience in product management or startups is a plus
• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Passion for innovation and entrepreneurship
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Self-Starter, Creative and flexible problem solver who can cope with ambiguity and uncertainty
