- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management.
- Minimum 10 years ground up commercial construction experience in NYC.
• Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend plans, specifications, addenda, bid materials, contracts and related construction documents.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency in PC applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and/or participate in team endeavors.
• Demonstrated record of taking initiative.
• Demonstrated management skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
Essential Functions:
• Efficiently manage assigned workload.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project records and reports; input and manipulate data in applications and databases.
• Schedule, manage and/or attend project-specific meetings. • Develop, prepare, and maintain various program-related reports, spreadsheets, logs, charts and/or databases.
Work Environment:
Seeking a Construction Project Manager on-site that can travel to various locations across Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.
