Now hiring a housekeeping manager to join our team at the Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare. We are located 10 minutes from O’Hare International Airport and 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. We are a full-service hotel with 245 guest rooms, Bar Louie Restaurant, fitness center, and meeting space.

Housekeeping is what gives hotels the ‘wow’ factor. It’s the moment that guests walk into the hotel and are impressed, then enter their bedrooms and think ‘wow, this looks wonderful’. To deliver a great guest experience – the housekeeping manager will oversee the work of the housekeeping staff to ensure the guest rooms are spotless and prepared for guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise room attendants
• Inspect vacant rooms and report them to the front desk
• Correct all cleaning discrepancies in vacant rooms
• Report repairs needed in guest rooms to the engineers
• Report all lost and found articles
• Assist in the training of new housekeeping staff
• Hire and train staff
• Manage department schedules
