Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and management of our product lines from conception to launch. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both customer needs and market trends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Define clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with marketing and sales teams to drive adoption and achieve revenue targets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development and launch
  • Track and analyze key product metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining feature priorities, timelines, and dependencies
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives
  • Gather customer feedback through various channels and incorporate it into the product development process
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the product lifecycle
  • Continuously improve product features and processes based on learnings and feedback
  • Other duties as assigned
