Our client is a leading manufacturing company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Product Manager to join their team. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing product development, and building strong customer relationships in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Assist new business opportunities through business development activities
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including product development, pricing, and promotion
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and on-time delivery
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and suppliers
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales and product performance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in sales and product management in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of packaging and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend trade shows and industry events
